Dhruv Garg is a technology lawyer and Partner at the Indian Governance and Policy Project (IGAP), where he advises on digital and emerging laws, governance, and public policy. His work focuses on emerging regulatory issues across artificial intelligence, intermediary liability, blockchain, Web3, online gaming, digital platforms, and technology-driven business models. His research spans AI regulation, platform governance, and blockchain technology. He regularly engages with key government bodies, including the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Department of Telecommunications, National Cyber Security Coordinator’s office, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Ministry of Finance.
