These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Decode, operated by Outcue Media Private Limited. By accessing or using our website, newsletters, or subscription services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Outcue Media Private Limited operates decode.boomlive.in and retains all intellectual property rights — including copyright and database rights — in all published content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.

Decode offers monthly, six-month, and annual membership plans. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

• A subscription contract is formed upon successful payment verification.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Once access to a subscription period has begun, refunds are not available. See our Refund Policy for details.

If you submit letters, comments, tips, or any other content to Decode, you must not post material that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Is discriminatory, threatening, or harassing.
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited promotional material.
• Impersonates any person, organisation, or publication.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

Decode reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.

Decode's financial liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you have paid. We accept no financial responsibility for third-party websites, products, or services linked from our platform. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

Decode is editorially independent. Our journalism is not influenced by advertisers, subscribers, or commercial partners. Membership support funds our reporting but does not confer any editorial rights or influence over our coverage.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Decode reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Decode after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
